Yog was helpful. He was always available to assist. The room had nice decoration. I found the location lovely and peaceful.
The emergency number on the lockbox did not consider having no key an emergency. The woman on the helpline was useless. I did not get the room I originally paid for. Parking cost £15 per day. The advertisement quoted £10.

Charmed stay in Hackney
easy parking clear instructions
The host responded quickly to all my questions. Getting there was easy and there was on-site parking on a quiet road. The cleanliness impressed me and instructions to enter the hotel were easy to follow. (I really appreciated that.)
The sound proofing was minimal, especially with other guests. I could hear footsteps in the corridor above and keys jangling in door locks.

The habitation is based in a calm district with several local stores. Public transportation is very close to the hotel. This made traveling around the city very convenient.

The kitchen had plenty of equipment and seemed spacious. I found some food and drink in the kitchen to use. This was a surprise.

pleasant accommodation experience
i appreciated the convenient location near transportation links. It was useful. i found the hotel beautiful, and it was super easy to find.
I noticed thin walls. I could hear noise from other people's phone calls, tv, and doors banging in the early morning hours.

good transport shared kitchen parking permit
The location suited my needs, close to public transport. The shared kitchen had appliances. free coffee and tea were available. I appreciated the digital parking permit purchase option for a vehicle. I used the provided Wi-Fi without issues.
The room windows did not open. This impacted ventilation.
